Aisha Waheed

Aisha Waheed is the Vice President of Finance and Operations at Third Horizon, where she oversees the firm’s financial management and accounting operations. She collaborates closely with firm leadership on strategic growth initiatives while ensuring that operational systems and financial processes effectively support the organization’s expanding portfolio of advisory services.

Aisha brings more than nine years of experience in health care finance, operational strategy, and business management across the dental, behavioral health, and consulting sectors. Her expertise includes budgeting, financial planning and analysis, GAAP-compliant reporting, KPI management, operational oversight, and organizational growth strategy.

Prior to joining Third Horizon, Aisha held leadership roles with 42 North Dental and Facing Addiction. At 42 North Dental, she led financial and operational strategy for a multi-site dental organization, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, operational efficiencies, and strategic growth initiatives including mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships. Earlier in her career, she managed financial performance and administrative operations for nonprofit behavioral health organizations focused on addiction and recovery advocacy.

Aisha earned a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science from Western Connecticut State University.
