Elveena Fareedi is a Manager of Behavioral Health Research and Projects at Third Horizon, where she leads research, policy analysis, and client engagement initiatives supporting behavioral health systems transformation. She also supports new business development and builds internal processes to accelerate organizational growth across marketing, deliverable management, and client engagement.

Elveena has more than 12 years of experience spanning clinical practice, research, policy analysis, and advocacy. Her expertise includes implementation of science, community-based participatory research, mixed methods evaluation, and strategic facilitation. Previously, Elveena held research and leadership positions across esteemed R1 research institutions, hospital systems, and community-based behavioral health organizations. At the California Alliance of Child and Family Services, Elveena established and led the organization’s first research and evaluation program, centering equity and community-based participatory methods. She authored influential reports, policy analyses, and led advocacy efforts that informed statewide policy discussions in California. Her work provided technical guidance on trauma-informed services and innovative programming for behavioral health providers, child welfare organizations, and state and local stakeholders.

Elveena earned a Master of Applied Clinical Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor of Science in psychology, cum laude, from Bahria University.
