Jenna Slusarz

Jenna Slusarz is a Manager at Third Horizon, where she supports consulting engagements focused on alternative payment models, health care pricing, and data analytics. Her work centers on helping clients improve payment design, claims analysis, and episode-of-care methodologies through data-driven strategy and technical analytics expertise.

Jenna brings 19 years of experience in health care data analytics across government agencies, health plans, providers, and health care technology organizations. Her expertise includes claims analytics, episode bundling logic, prevalence and cost modeling, analytics engine testing, and data pipeline troubleshooting across multiple stages of data processing.

Prior to joining Third Horizon, Jenna held analytics and leadership positions with Signify Health, Altarum, the Health Care Incentives Improvement Institute, Masspro, and Families for Depression Awareness. During her time at Signify Health, she served as Manager of Episode Development, where she led unit testing initiatives for episode-of-care bundling engines, developed episode definitions and assignment models, and partnered with engineering and provider network teams to improve bundled payment reporting and analytics capabilities. Her work helped ensure the integrity and effectiveness of value-based payment methodologies across multiple care episodes.

Jenna earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Roger Williams University.
