Jennifer Grady

Jennifer Grady is Director of CCBHC Technical Assistance and Training at Third Horizon, where she supports technical assistance, implementation, and organizational change initiatives that help behavioral health organizations strengthen services and improve outcomes. She works with provider organizations, community-based organizations, and national partners to translate complex requirements into practical strategies that advance system transformation and sustainable change.

Jennifer brings nearly two decades of experience in behavioral health, trauma-informed care, cross-system collaboration, and national technical assistance. Her expertise includes implementation support, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, peer learning, strategic planning, partnership development, and organizational change. She also has deep subject matter expertise in child traumatic stress, gender-based violence, child sexual abuse and exploitation, trafficking, children’s advocacy centers, and multidisciplinary service systems.

Prior to joining Third Horizon, Jennifer served as a Program Director at the UCLA-Duke University National Center for Child Traumatic Stress, part of the National Child Traumatic Stress Network. In that role, she helped lead consultation and collaboration across a national network of more than 200 organizations and supported federally funded grantees in implementing trauma-informed, evidence-based, and evidence-informed services. She also led national communities of practice and cross-network initiatives focused on implementation, peer learning, systems collaboration, and sustainability.

Jennifer earned a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from American University.
