Jessica Casebolt

Jessica Casebolt is a Manager at Third Horizon, where she leads research and project management efforts across multiple consulting engagements and publishes “Tea Leaves,” Third Horizon’s daily health care industry briefing.

Jessica has more than 12 years of experience across health care consulting, nonprofit operations, and public health organizations. Her expertise includes qualitative research, stakeholder interviews, focus groups, survey design, communications, and proposal development. At Third Horizon, she has supported initiatives including community needs assessments, behavioral health learning collaboratives, and strategic planning efforts.

Before joining Third Horizon, Jessica held roles with EY, Leavitt Partners, Huntsman Cancer Institute, United Way of Northern Utah, and other nonprofit and health care organizations. At Leavitt Partners, she supported former Utah Governor Mike Leavitt and a team of health care executives through executive operations, client event planning, and qualitative research support, building a foundation in health care strategy and consulting operations that continues to inform her work today. Her earlier experience also included community outreach and public health initiatives focused on underserved populations, cancer prevention, and health education.

Jessica earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Brigham Young University.
